Ingredients:
160g Whole Rolled Oats
4 tbsp Almonds
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
10 Biscoff Biscuits
6 tbsp Biscoff Spread
4 tbsp Low Fat Milk
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
A pinch of Salt
Toppings:
20g Dark Chocolate (>70% Cacao), melted
1 Biscoff Biscuit, crumbled
Procedure:
1. Blitz together dry ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the wet ingredients & blitz again until it comes together.
3. Roll into 15 balls & drizzle with melted dark chocolate & top with crumbled biscuit.
4. Leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours & enjoy!! Store in fridge - will keep perfectly for 2 weeks.
