Ingredients:
2 x 400g can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
20ml extra virgin olive oil
180g dark chocolate (>70% cacao)
A pinch of salt
Procedure
Rinse a can of chickpeas
Toss with oil and a pinch of salt
Roast at 180°C fan forced for 15–20 mins, then cool completely.
Coat in melted dark chocolate, can use the microwave
Spread on a tray and freeze until set (10–15 mins)
Store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
