Ingredients:
1 cups High Protein Cottage Cheese
1 cup Passionfruit Yoghurt
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Cornflour
Toppings:
4 Fresh Passionfruit, pulp from each
Optional: a sprinkle of Crunchy Granola for extra carbs & texture
Procedure:
1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
2. Add all other ingredients and blend just until combined.
3. Pour into 4 ramekins. Bake at 160°C for 25–30 mins (put in water bath for extra creaminess).
4. Cool fully, then refrigerate 2+ hours before topping with fresh passionfruit and enjoy!!
5. Keeps up to 3 days in the fridge.
