Gut-Loving Bircher Muesli

Ingredients:

1 cup Rolled Oats 

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Flaxseeds

1 tbsp Psyllium Husk


1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped


½ tsp Cinnamon


Pinch of Sea Salt


1 large Apple, grated

1 cup Dairy Milk of choice 

1 cup plain Greek Yoghurt 

1 tbsp Honey

 

Toppings:

80g Mixed Berries 

 

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then transfer into an airtight container or small jars. Refrigerate overnight - a great meal prep option that'll keep for at least 3-4 days!

2. Top with fresh fruit in the morning & enjoy!
